8-Bit Random Walk — Center Current + LED Nodes

Bits are read as U R D L P C1 C2 C3. The walker moves from the first four bits, bit 5 controls pen up/down, and the last three bits set the node color. Lit points can tether to the centre and carry animated electric flow like tiny LEDs.
